Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Of course, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of the delivery (working days are calculated on the basis of documented proof of delivery). The request must be made through Customer Care. You will receive a confirmation email that authorizes the return. The products must be returned intact (not used or damaged), in the original box including the and the order confirmation received with the purchase. We therefore invite you to try your shoes on a soft surface tp avoid damaging the sole or other parts of the product.
How can I return an item?
Contact our Customer Care. The Customer Care that will authorize your return request, will initiate an e-mail procedure through which you will receive the authorization to the return and its identification number; after that just contact our Logistics Service to arrange the withdrawal that will be in charged to Fragiacomo Shop Srl.
How can I ship back my return?
The delivery of the return is FREE, if you use the service offered by Fragiacomo Shop Srl. Products must be returned in a one single shipment, intact and in their original packaging.Products contained in the same order and returned in two different shipping or shipped from different countries from the delivery will not be accepted.
To prepare the shipment:
Once you have received the return authorization email, contact the Logistics Service to arrange the withdrawal. You will receive the transportation letter by e-mail the day before the agreed date for the pick up. The document must be printed in 3 copies.
- Place the items wrappaed in the original box
- Attach 1 copy of the document outside the box, covering the previous label and hand a copy to the person who will pick up the parcel.
The third copy is your receipt that must be signed by the person who has picked up the return. As soon as we receive your return, following due verification, you will receive a confirmation email that will communicate the acceptance of your return and the refund will be issued within 30 days.
Can I send my return using a shipping company of my choice?
You cannot ship with a different carrier than that the one provided by Fragiacomo.
How long do reimbursements take?
Refunds will be issured no later than 30 days from the date of receipt and acceptance of the return. The timing may vary depending on the payment method you use. The refund issued by Fragiacomo Shop srl, the company that manages our website. In case of credit card refund, the date of the currency will be the same as the original payment, so there will be no loss in terms of bank interests.
Can I exchange a product for another one?
Exchanging a product for another, changing the size or color, is not currently possible. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can make return it and be refunded. For further information, please contact our Customer Care.
Can I return a product purchased in store?
We only accept products purchased through our e-boutique. If you purchased a product in one of our stores, we recommend contacting the store. You can find the contacts here.
